Photo-shoot and product guide
The cost of a portrait shoot depends on where you live, what day you would like your shoot and what your requirements are. For a quote please contact me on james@jamesbignell.co.uk stating where you live, if you want a week day or weekend photo shoot and how many people are to be photographed. I will be able to send you back a detailed quote.
Viewing your photos.
After the Photo shoot I will download and back up your Photos. I will shoot from between 500 -1200 images so I will edit these down to the best 150 for you to view.
I will visit your home with the edited images on my laptop computer. You can choose a time that suits you and take as long as you wish to decide what you would like. After you have placed your order we can upload the images to a secure server for other family members to view. I can only do this after you have placed your order.
Products.
Framed Photographs for your walls.
We have a beautiful selection of frames and use a bespoke framers with an unrivaled reputation for quality. I can show you all our frames during the viewing process.
Our Albums are made by Queensberry Albums of New Zealand.
They are hand made bespoke leather covered albums and quite simply the best quality albums money can buy.
Beautifully hand made to last we consider them to be important family heirlooms.
The pricing of the album is as follows.
The prints in the album are the same price as our normal print prices so small prints are less than large prints.The album will be charged for separately at the manufacturers cost once you have approved the design and cost of the prints.
Therefore there are 2 costs to consider, the cost of the prints, and the cost of the album. I personally design each album as a one off piece myself. The minimum number of prints in an album is 30.

9X6 = 45 16x 10.66 = 120
10X8 = 55 18 x12 = 130

You are able to purchase individual images as electronic Jpeg files if you wish. I also supply a print of each image as a good colour record.
Prices not including VAT
1-25 images £50 each
21- 50 images £45 each
51 – 100 images £35 each
101 – 150 images £25 each
151- 250 images £20 each
Other products are available such as acrylics, canvas’s, installations and acrylic tiles.
Price includes all normal preparation of image to print quality. Specialist retouching is £70 + vat per hour.
Secure upload to server of Photo-Shoot £30
The photo shoot is secured with full payment in advance by bank transfer.
A 50% deposit is taken on agreement of the product order except for electronic files and prints where 100% is required. The balance is required once the items are ready to deliver. Delivery is charged at cost.
Please note delivery will be charged at cost once the job is complete. In most cases I will deliver myself if at all possible.
